Delivery Information

 

All available delivery options and prices are shown at the checkout once you have inputted your delivery address.

Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and delivery postcode.

Some delivery options may not be available to certain areas*.

At Grain & Grit, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Therefore, we’ve worked hard to ensure we offer several delivery options to suit every customer’s needs. This includes:

  • Sample Delivery - Free
  • Courier Service (up to 25kg)
  • Over 25kg Kerbside Delivery

Some delivery options are unavailable for certain areas/products.

Large format tiles that weigh less than 25kg may not be safely shipped via certain services.

Sample Orders:

Sample orders are sent out via Royal Mail or Courier service. Only one sample per product, per customer, and/or household is allowed for free delivery. Placing multiple sample orders using different names and/or addresses (e.g., to friends or neighbors) for free delivery is not allowed. Any such orders will be canceled and refunded.

Additional delivery charges may apply when ordering other products with samples.

Certain areas may be limited to 2kg total weight for free sample delivery. Additional charges may apply if weight exceeds 2kg.

Orders up to 25kg:

Orders up to 25kg are wrapped, packed, and sent out via a courier service.

All deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at checkout.

Orders Over 25kg or Large Format Tiles:

Orders over 25kg will be packed at our discretion, either via a boxed courier service or packed and wrapped onto a pallet, delivered, and offloaded using a pallet truck.

Please ensure you make prior arrangements for placement and storage.

All deliveries require a date for delivery to be selected at checkout (excluding samples).

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery - 4 Working Days
  • Express Delivery - 3 Working Days
  • Priority Delivery - 2 Working Days

Short Terms:

  • Delivery Days/Hours are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends.
  • To be eligible for some services, orders must be placed before 1pm.
  • Any order placed after 1pm will be processed the following working day.
  • Some postcodes may incur an extra delivery charge.
